2. What the App is: The App is a lightweight, purely offline utility. It carries no advertising and performs no tracking across other apps or websites.
2. Information We Collect and How It Is Used
The App accesses device permissions only after you grant them, and only so that its core features can work. Everything it touches stays on your device — never uploaded to a server, never shared with anyone:
1. Permissions (accessed only after you allow them)
Microphone. Used solely for voice control and voice announcements, so you can start timers, check in, or switch focus modes hands-free. The App does not record, store or upload any audio: speech recognition and command matching run entirely on your device, and nothing leaves it. You may withdraw microphone access at any time in your device settings; doing so disables voice features only, while timers, check-ins and all other core functions continue to work.
2. Local app data (never uploaded)
To keep your history and preserve continuity between sessions, the App stores a minimal set of data on your device: timer logs, Pomodoro focus records, daily check-in records, your custom time settings and interface preferences. This data exists only on your own device — the developer cannot see it, cannot retrieve it, and never syncs it to any server.
3. Information we explicitly do not collect
The App never collects device identifiers (IDFA/IDFV), location, photos, contacts, health data, browsing history, payment details, account credentials, or any other privacy-sensitive information that is not required by a feature. It collects no data for advertising, tracking, profiling or marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Services and SDKs
1. The App contains no third-party advertising, analytics, push notification or payment SDKs. There is no third-party data collection, sharing or tracking.
2. All feature logic, data processing and voice interaction are implemented natively. No third-party service is involved, and no user data is ever transmitted, shared or sold to any organization, company or individual.
3. Because there is no cross-app or cross-site tracking, no App Tracking Transparency authorization is required, and the App fully complies with Apple's privacy and tracking requirements.
4. Storage, Retention and Security
1. Storage: All usage and configuration data resides only on your own device. Nothing is uploaded to cloud servers or backed up elsewhere, and the developer has no access to any of your data.
2. Retention: You stay in control of your local data at all times. You can clear records from within the App, or remove everything by uninstalling it. Once the App is uninstalled, all associated local data is removed automatically with nothing left behind.
3. Security: As a lightweight offline utility with no outbound data channel, the App relies on your operating system's permission isolation and sandboxing to keep local data from being read, altered or disclosed without authorization.

1. The developer may revise this Privacy Policy as the App evolves, as laws change, or as platform rules are updated.

8. Disclaimer
